Job Description:

The person should be able to work with minimal supervision and using his/her skills be able to lead small project or test effort. Position will include, but not restricted to the following responsibilities:

1.  Design and Develop software test scripts.
2.   Participate in data creation
3. Occasionally help development team with coding if required
4. Write and maintain test automation scripts
5. Identify and track software defects through resolution.
6. Define and track quality assurance metrics.
7. Efficiently troubleshoot problems and drive to resolution.
8. Develop expertise in the product & technical area

Qualification : CS or equivalent background

Experience : 1 – 3 years of experience in software testing and understanding of XML

Job Requirements:

•  Hands on test automation experience – preferabley in web  automation or using perl/php
•  Knowledge of software practices, especially Agile Scrum
•   Team player
• Hands on programming experience would be an added advantage

Skills :

•  Good understanding of XML, Xpath etc
• Previous experience in testing stylesheets or previous stylesheet creation experience
