Job Description :

• Inclination to work in a development support and maintenance role in SAP BW.
• Strong Customer-centricity with proven ability to work under pressure and manage critical customer situations
• Proven track record of high performance with strong learning orientation

• Being self driven Major Tasks
• To develop deep product expertise at technical and functional level, and to take full code ownership for the assigned BW Web Java Runtime topics
• To provide high quality of support to SAP BW Customers and resolve product issues reported via customer and internal messages at the Development Support level for the owned product releases
• To ensure high quality of corrections and high BW Java patch quality enabling customers to incorporate the fixes rapidly with low TCO.

Key Skills

• High Proficiency in Core Java is mandatory
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, ability to expediently perform thorough root-cause analysis via debugging of complex code, and to formulate appropriate fixes for identified bugs
• Prior BW experience and/or ABAP experience will be preferre
