• Sound knowledge on Operating Systems like Unix, Linux & Windows
• Sound knowledge on Databases like Oracle & DB2/SQL Server
• Webapplication servers like Websphere/Weblogic and Webservers like apache/IIS
• Good in communications skills
• Should have excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer facing roles is an advantage
• Should be self-motivated and a quick learner.
• Should have the capability to manage small sized projects and provide regular status updates.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues simultaneously
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
