•  Knowledge of recruitment or strong will to learn
• Own and drive all logistical, operational and administrative actions within Kenexa’s RPO Service Delivery

 Qualification:

• Any Graduate and possibly intern
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a focus and attention to detail, and a passion for extreme service delivery & customer experience
• Positive attitude, solution oriented
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to comfortably communicate and operate with senior level business professionals
• Excellent English communication skills
• Excellent MS Office skills

Additional Information (if any):-

• Take partial responsibility for data integrity in customer Applicant Tracking System
• Administer and follow-up on assessment tools used by Kenexa in candidate selection process
• Organize recruitment days at various national locations to ensure optimal sourcing approach
• Reporting support for delivery team as required, ensuring data accuracy and process alignment
• Timely management and follow-up of all service delivery logistics, minimizing slippage wherever possible
• Additional ad-hoc requests as required
