Job Description :

• Analyze and Resolve field escalated defects under limited direction
• Write and review code as necessary to solve problems in the field
• Provide technical assistance to field and internal engineering as required
• Answer advanced questions about the behavior of the product
• Attend internal and customer conferences as necessary
• Independently handle design and implementation of fixes and minor features
• Work with Senior Engineers and Architects on major features.
• Provide feedback to development and design teams on lessons learned from product support.
