Job Details :

Responsibilities

• Problem Ticket response, resolution, escalation and follow-through till ticket closure. Ensuring response to issues reported by Incident Team within agreed service levels and business priorities
• Daily System monitoring to capture system performance, Db growth etc.
• Prepare & Publish daily System batch timing reports
• Week-end execution of purging jobs, data defragmentation by re-organizing data-sets
• Release deployment (code promotion) in various environments i.e. Production & UAT
• Timely escalations to seniors for quick incident resolution.
• Ensuring updation of Knowledge base documentation
• Appropriate action to be initiated for respective alerts / daily monitoring reports.
• Undertake activities to capture system utilization, DB growth pattern
• Undertake detailed study of System/Database health check reports.
• Dedicated support & monitoring during month-end/critical batches

Requirements

• Should have good knowledge in Oracle Database and Unix Operating System
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent. Job role in System Analyst or equivalent.
