Job Description :

• To call a predetermined contact number of prospective clients and introduce them to the ideas & concepts being offered by the company.
• Set up an appointment for meeting or call between the potential customer and a member of the sales representatives.
• Business to business (B2B) calling and setting appointments from lists provided.
• emonstrates exceptional customer service and ability to react quickly to what the person being called is saying.
• Creative use of resources to generate appointments and leads for the sales team.  

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Required Excellent Communication Skills with good spoken and written English.
• Phone-based selling / lead gen / collection / retentions experience with proven track record of success.
• A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Strong desire to learn, grow and succeed.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Able to work in 24X5 Environment. 
• Go Getter attitude.
