For Freshers

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good at basics of accounting and finance.
• Fresh B.Com, B.Sc , BA, BHM, MA & M.Com graduates (2015 batch only) with 60% plus marks throughout the academics.
• Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things.
• Willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts.
• Good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word & MS-Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, should have an eye for detail.

For Laterals

• Good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel.
• Good decision making skills & analytical skills.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in back-office operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely good in service oriented with willingness to learn new things.
• Willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts.
• Having payroll experience will be an add-on.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Candidates with less than 1 year in the current company.
• BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA / M.Tech / ME.
• Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience.
• Candidates who have applied in the last 6 months.
